I decided that I needed to become more accountable for myself and for what seems to be my lifelong journey to lose weight. So I decided that blogging would become my means of accountablitly and sharing. I am hoping to decide to join me on my journey and offer tips, tricks or words of wisdom!

Opps....
Ok, I am not sure what happened to the post from the other day. I thought I had uploaded everything correctly, but I guess not. Who knows. I have done ok this week. I had one doughnut for breakfast one morning because a Mom sent them into math competition practice. I also had a DQ blizzard the other day. It was a small one, but it was still ice-cream. Other than those two things I feel that it has been an ok week. I was only able to get exercising in one day. I did lose one pound this week, so that is a whooping total of 4 pounds since I started all of this almost 2 months ago, but I guess that is still better than gaining 4 pounds. I don't really think I will be able to conquer my 22 pound goal by April, but I will keep working towards it and hopefully meet it soon. I am setting another goal to lose 30 pounds by the end of the school year. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteGood job Alesha!! A pound is a pound!! So depressing though isn't it? I could gain 2-3 pounds per week easily, but to get it off.......ya right. You are doing so good though. I should really work on my patience level!! No one should be an impatient fat girl....I want results now!! Keep up the good work!!
